Lyonpo Kinzang Dorji has been the Caretaker Prime Minister of Bhutan since August 3, 2007. Before this, he served as Minister of Works and Human Settlement"Caretaker prime minister appointed in Bhutan", Indo-Asian News Service (hindustantimes.com), 3 August 2007. and was previously Prime Minister from August 14, 2002 to August 30, 2003.
