Joseph Henry Hamilton (born January 6, 1929 in Los Angeles, California; died June 9, 1991 in Los Angeles) was an Emmy Award-winning American television producer and actor.
Starting out as a comedian, Hamilton was spotted by actress Carol Burnett. He worked with her on both the short-lived CBS variety show The Entertainers and her long-running eponymous series as executive producer, and soon after produced many more shows. Hamilton made one brief acting appearance, as Duke Reeves on Mama\'s Family.
Hamlton won five Emmy Awards, the first for The Gary Moore Show, which featured Burnett.

Hamilton married Burnett on May 4, 1963. They had three children together before they divorced in 1984. His third marriage was to Lee Troggio in 1991. Hamilton died from cancer in 1991. He is buried in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Hamilton was the brother of television actress Kipp Hamilton.
